✅ Effort they put in
✅ Sacrifices
✅ Time
There is ALWAYS something.
When people are tired, burnt-out and demotivated, receiving SINCERE appreciation adds positive feelings for them ????
BUT, the even more important thing is that YOU feel more positive, as you give appreciation.
