Programme Outline:
Understand HOW our brain processes data we receive through our 5 senses and how that process impacts our view of the wrorld, and also plays on how we THINK, FEEL and BEHAVE and therefore cause our RESULTS
Sharpen the ability to notice subtler shifts and changes in others verbal and non-verbal communication
- Use this skill to adjust own communication style to match/accommodate another’s to help create rapport
Learn OWN and the 3 other communication styles to create connections with people (Visual, Kinesthetic, Auditory, Digital)
- Get to know the common characteristics of each communication style, so you can identify them in future
- Learn tips on how to each style likes to receive communication
Explore the key assumptions of effective communicators and how they can be applied in difficult situations
- Learn a selection of the most popular and useful “assumptions” held by the excellent communicators
- Experience first-hand how a shift in mind-set can lead to a shift in FEELINGS, BEHAVIOUR and finally RESULTS
Hone the ability to build rapport with people within the first 30 seconds of meeting them and apply these techniques even in cross cultural communication
